Item Collection

 

We collect the items listed below every year to support our Christmas for Our Troops project. There are very specific details for many of the items, so please follow those instructions. For information on drop off dates, times & locations, visit our "Projects" page or CLICK HERE

 

  ~~ Item List ~~​​

• Homemade cards ~~ Christmas or thank-you for your service

• Eye drops ~~ .5 – 1 oz sizes

• Chapstick

• Socks ~~ white or black, crew cut or higher

• Domino's or Checkers ~~ TRAVEL SIZE games; can be gently used

• Deodorant ~~ small travel size only

• Puzzle books, thin paperback ... crosswords, Sudoku, word search

• Granola bars

• Protein bars ~~ protein should be 10 grams or more

• 2 oz bottles of hand sanitizers

• Toothpaste ~~ small travel size only

• Dental Floss -- No packs of individual flossers PLEASE!!

• Toothbrushes

• Hard candy ~~ No chocolate PLEASE!!

• Chewing gum

• Slim Jims or small individual packets of jerky

• Packets of Hot Chocolate/Coffee

• Drink mixes ~~ boxes of single serving packs; usually 10 or 12 to a pack

• Kleenex ~~ pocket size

• Baby powder ~~ travel size only

• Small packs of peanuts, sunflower seeds or other nut

• Packs of Ramen Noodles​​
